Courses Overview

Designed for new or aspiring business and project management professionals, this online short course provides the insight for the skills and knowledge to develop critical and creative thinking in others.

This applies to individuals who are intended to pursue leadership role to coach and develop others. To achieve these critical thinking skills, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation are to be grabbed for successful endeavor in their role.

Areas Covered

The following areas shall be explored during conducting this online (real time connectivity) short course:

  • Critical and Creative thinking concepts and models
  • Establishment of environment to apply critical and creative thinking
  • Monitoring and improvement practices through performance review (self and others)
  • Assess, Train and Apply learning Cycle understanding and applications

Duration

12 hours real time connectivity on MS Teams (4 hours slot per day)

Delivery Location

Real time connectivity 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (flexible) as per ACST and ACDT, UTC/GMT+10:30 HOURS

Additional Information

Students will require access to Microsoft Windows to complete this course. This course has either written or oral supervised assessment. Students will require access to video chat for assessment purposes.
